Accessibility at Work Ready GSON
Our Approach
Work Ready Georgia Spine Orthopaedics & Neurology aims to align this website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We design with semantic HTML, sufficient color contrast, keyboard navigation, descriptive alt text, and screen-reader-friendly structure, and we test these on an ongoing basis.
Recommendations to Improve Your Browsing Experience
If you have trouble seeing web pages
The U.S. Social Security Administration publishes practical guidance for optimizing your computer and browser. Helpful adjustments include:
- Use your operating system or browser to read web pages aloud
- Navigate the screen using your keyboard instead of a mouse
- Increase the text size in your browser
- Use a screen magnifier
- Change background and text colors / enable high-contrast mode
- Make your mouse pointer larger or more visible (Windows)
For step-by-step instructions, visit ssa.gov/accessibility.
If a mouse or keyboard is difficult to use
Speech-recognition software (for example, Dragon NaturallySpeaking, Apple Voice Control, or Windows Speech Recognition) lets you move focus around web pages and forms with voice commands rather than a pointer.
If you are deaf or hard of hearing
Modern operating systems include built-in captioning, sound amplification, and visual-alert features. We are happy to communicate with you by email, secure message, or in writing instead of by phone — see the contact options below.
Assistive Technology We Support
- Screen readers: NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver (macOS / iOS), TalkBack (Android)
- Keyboard-only navigation with visible focus indicators
- Browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content
- Reduced-motion preferences respected via your system settings
